What is the minimum order for wholesale peptides?

All products are sold in boxes of 10 vials, the standard wholesale unit for research procurement. There is no minimum order beyond a single box. For larger volume pricing and wholesale accounts, contact us at contact@eternalpeptideswholesale.com.

Do you ship research peptides across Australia?

How quickly are orders dispatched?

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days after dispatch, subject to destination and customs delays. Dispatch origin can vary, including offshore fulfilment; estimates are not a promise of domestic dispatch. See: Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Order details, progress updates and available tracking information are provided through the Order Status & Details page. Enter the order number together with the full name, email address and phone number used at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for new tracking information to appear after dispatch. Testing and certificates of analysis

What is Kovera Labs testing and why does it matter?

Our Kovera Labs reports cover HPLC purity and LC-MS identity, endotoxin (EU/mL), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury) and sterility (bacteria and fungi), and each certificate carries its batch number, report ID and a verification link. Are all products third-party tested?

Our listed products are tested by Kovera Labs, and the certificates are published on each product page. Most batches have four reports: HPLC purity and LC-MS identity, endotoxin, heavy metals and sterility; Selank 5mg and PT-141 10mg have a purity and identity COA. CBL-514 testing is pending, and its certificates will be published when issued.

Where are the reports for each product?

Each product page publishes the Kovera Labs reports for its batch, with the tests and results printed beside the certificate images. See: COA library.

What should I check first on a peptide report?

Match the sample name, nominal strength and batch to the product being considered. Then check the sample/report identifier, analysis or certification date, stated method, units, qualifiers and result. Resolve missing or inconsistent fields. See how to read a peptide report.

How do I verify a Kovera Labs COA is genuine?

Use the “Verify on Kovera Labs” link for the individual certificate, then compare the laboratory record with the displayed report: sample or report identifier, product, strength, batch, dates, tests and results. Each certificate links to its Kovera Labs verification record. The record confirms the report ID, product, batch and results. Check that the link opens koveralabs.com. Contact us with the report ID for any question about a record.

Are purity and sterility reported separately?

Yes. Purity, sterility, endotoxin and heavy metals each have their own Kovera Labs certificate, with the method and result for that batch.
